According to reports, Tammy, who previously weighed 717 pounds, has since lost weight and is currently around 300 pounds following her bariatric surgery in 2022.

She clarified that she supports everyone but personally identifies as a lesbian since her husband Caleb’s passing. She stated, “I would say I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed. So I’m like, a lesbian.” She emphasized that she supports love in all its forms, whether it be gay, straight, trans, pan, bi, binary, or non-binary, and declared herself a lover.
Tammy’s late husband passed away in June 2023 due to health complications when they had been married for just over six months. Despite this, Tammy recently revealed that she has moved on and is ready for a new relationship. In another TikTok video, she acknowledged the rumor about moving on from her ex and confirmed her single status in a separate video.
