“We were showered with love throughout the entire day. It wasn’t just David who made me feel loved, but all of our guests as well. It truly was an extraordinary experience,” Christine recounted the remarkable day to Parade. “Our wedding surpassed all my expectations. It had the perfect blend of romance, fun, and excitement. And it was absolutely breathtaking…a truly enchanting day.”
While David agreed that their wedding was flawless, he admitted to feeling a few butterflies on their special day.

“I was feeling quite anxious about all the attention because I’m not one to seek the spotlight,” David shared with the publication. “At first, I thought this wasn’t my thing. But now I realize it was, and it turned out to be a lot more enjoyable than I expected.”

In a unique twist, the couple made the decision to forgo a traditional wedding party. Instead, they chose to have their grandchildren accompany them as they walked down the aisle. Christine’s son, Paedon, escorted her partway, and then her father, Rex, took her the rest of the way.

Undoubtedly, this episode of Sister Wives will be unforgettable. “You’re going to be moved to tears. It was such a beautiful moment,” Christine enthusiastically shared with Parade magazine.

Christine’s second wedding was a complete departure from her first one. Throughout their time on Sister Wives, Christine had always expressed her dissatisfaction with her first wedding to Kody. She longed for something different for her wedding with David, and he provided just that. The groom took charge of choosing the venue, ultimately deciding upon a breathtaking outdoor ceremony in Moab, Utah.

“I simply told him, ‘I don’t really care where we tie the knot. All I want is to walk toward you in a wedding dress,'” Christine revealed. “Because I didn’t have that experience before. But with this wedding, I wanted to create my own fairy tale, and it truly surpassed all my dreams.”

As time went on, David’s initial concerns seemed to fade away. The couple couldn’t be more thrilled as they embark on their journey together in 2024.

Make sure to tune in to TLC this Sunday at 10 PM Eastern time for the first part of David Woolley and Christine Brown’s wedding special. The second episode will air on January 14, also at the same time.
