Golden Bachelor’s’ Faith Martin Gets Skin Cancer Removed and Warns ‘You Should Wear Sunscreen’

Bachelor Nation fans met Faith on Season 1 of “The Golden Bachelor” and she quickly became a fan favorite after receiving the First Impression Rose.

Since her time on the show, Faith has been keeping fans updated with her life on social media and spending time with her family.

This week, Faith took to Instagram, where she opened up about her recent procedure to remove a skin cancer spot on her nose.

In the video, Faith has a bandage on her nose where she had her first procedure to remove the basal cell carcinoma.

Faith was with her son Brenden Martin in the video and she said, “All I’m going to say is this is why you need to wear sunscreen. This is the first part of it and they have to go back in and close it up. Plastics has to close it. You should see it, though, it’s a hole.”

The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “It was skin cancer. Luckily it was basal cell carcinoma. This is why I should’ve worn my sunscreen my whole life. This is why, my baby, you should wear sunscreen all the time. Too much riding horses in the river in the summer without any sunscreen. I never wore sunscreen my whole life.”

Such an important reminder!

We’re wishing Faith a speedy recovery and we’re so glad she caught this skin cancer early.

Sending our love!
