Angela Deem, known for her appearance on the popular reality show 90 Day Fiancé, seems to be enjoying herself despite the ongoing relationship drama with her husband Michael Ilesanmi. While celebrating Halloween weekend in New Orleans, Deem was spotted pole dancing, showcasing her vibrant and lively spirit.
The moment was captured in a video clip by a fan account dedicated to the show, 90shotzfired. In the footage, the 56-year-old TLC alum can be seen confidently dancing on stage at a festive karaoke bar located on Bourbon Street. Swinging her hips gracefully up and down a thick vertical pole, Deem embraced the fun and excitement of the moment.
Another video clip, shared by the venue, shows Deem engaging in suggestive dancing with a younger individual. It seems that she fully immersed herself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans and did not hold back from enjoying the festivities.
The reality TV personality chose to visit the infamous party hub of Louisiana, where her 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After co-star Jovi Dufren had spent his younger years indulging in drinks and revelry. Deem hosted a lively Halloween party on the 29th of October, contributing to the festive atmosphere of the beloved celebration.
Angela’s followers wasted no time in pointing out the hypocrisy in her recent social media activity. They brought up an incident from the past when she prevented her husband from going out on his birthday and using social media. One user expressed their disappointment, saying, “I used to like her, but now I can’t stand her. If she won’t let him have Instagram, she shouldn’t have it either. She just wants a submissive partner she can control.” Another commenter highlighted the unfairness by stating, “Michael wasn’t even allowed to celebrate his birthday with his real friends, but she’s out there partying all night.” Angela and Michael made a comeback on the seventh season of the spinoff, and their marriage hit a rough patch. Despite narrowly making it down the aisle in January 2020, Angela admitted that she hadn’t seen her husband since their wedding during the premiere of the seventh season.
“Our marriage is currently facing its biggest hurdle, and it primarily revolves around Michael’s questionable actions,” she openly expressed in a September 2022 episode. “He rarely communicates with me, and when he does, it’s solely about his visa or needing financial assistance. On top of that, despite knowing my opposition, he disregarded my feelings by creating an Instagram account and even went as far as blocking me.”
With Michael’s visa nearing approval and Angela feeling uncertain about the status of their relationship, she opted to surprise him in his homeland of Nigeria. Regrettably, their reunion escalated into a heated argument upon Angela’s arrival, resulting in her damaging his car. However, surprisingly, Angela confessed that they later experienced an intense reconciliation, which she referred to as “the best makeup sex.”
Nevertheless, their joy was short-lived when Michael finally confessed that he was unwilling to deactivate his Instagram account because it was a means of earning income for him.
