Matthew Duliba recently shared on Instagram why he was absent from the Love Is Blind reunion and what he has been up to since the show ended. The 37-year-old revealed that he has a new girlfriend named Vanesa and spent the day of the reunion with her. He posted a photo of them together at a Charlotte FC soccer game with friends, breaking the news to fans that he is no longer single. When asked if he likes Spanish/Latin women, Duliba responded with a photo of Vanesa, introducing her as his girlfriend.

During a Q+A session, someone questioned why he wasn’t part of the recent Netflix special that aired on March 13. He explained that he didn’t want to give up control over the editing of his portrayal, as he believed the show distorted his image by manipulating his words. He expressed regret over not knowing this beforehand, stating he wouldn’t have participated if he had been aware.
