The honesty displayed by the ex-wives was commendable, especially coming from Meri, the former first wife, who surprised many with her positive remarks about Christine despite their turbulent relationship. In particular, Meri took the opportunity to expose Kody’s claims, as she felt he was attempting to alter the true circumstances surrounding his relationships with his ex-wives. She recounted an instance where he professed love for all his wives.

However, he had previously mentioned that he tried to love his wives out of duty and emphasized that his love for Robyn was different. This caused Meri to question whether his earlier claims of never loving his wives were truthful. She posed the question, “So, were you lying then? Or are you lying now?”
Meri received praise from Reddit users for her positive outlook on her relationship with Christine during the special. According to one poster, her thoughts on their past dynamic were described as “kind, sincere, and accepting.” It is well-known that the two had a difficult relationship for years. Currently, the Sister Wives stars have minimal interaction and rarely mention each other online. Despite this, Meri appears to focus on the more positive aspects.

Meri’s positive outlook on Christine has been praised by others, who are also hopeful that this could be a fresh start for the ex-sister wives. Even if they never reconcile, I’m sure Christine appreciated those words (when watching the talk back, haha), and I believe she feels the same way about looking back on those moments with fondness. It seemed genuine, and it appears that Meri recognizes her actions and accepts the consequences. She respects Christine’s decision to end their relationship. Sister Wives fans are delighted for Meri Brown. Some Redditors in the same conversation were also impressed by Meri’s optimistic attitude in life. Despite being neglected by Kody, she has remained one of his most loyal wives. Others view this as a sign that the Sister Wives star has finally matured and is now moving forward on her own path.

I was really impressed with Meri’s comments during the Talk Back session. I’ve mentioned it before and I’ll say it again: Meri has shown a lot more grace towards her family members than they deserve. It’s truly baffling to me why there’s so much unnecessary criticism directed at her. All I see is a woman who was brought up to believe in a certain lifestyle that turned out to be flawed, and she had to face the challenges of infertility and lack of love.
