She was Kody’s first wife and was legally married to him until he divorced her to marry Robyn Brown in 2014, a move intended to unite their families. In January of the previous year, Meri and Kody revealed their separation on social media. This announcement came after Christine Brown and Janelle Brown also decided to leave Kody in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
