‘Raven Embraces New Beginnings’ After Parting Ways with ‘Voldemort’: Love Takes a Backseat!

Raven Ross recently shared that she is ready to embrace the future after her breakup from her former Love Is Blind partner, Sikiru “SK” Alagbada.

Raven Ross from Love Is Blind isn’t dwelling on the past. In an Amazon Live session, the 30-year-old pilates instructor addressed a fan’s inquiry about her current communication with her ex, most likely referring to her Love Is Blind partner, Sikiru “SK” Alagbada. With a lighthearted tone, she jokingly compared him to Harry Potter’s infamous nemesis, Voldemort, saying, “Not Voldemort.” Ross expressed that they haven’t been in touch recently, as they have both moved on to the next chapter of their lives. The couple parted ways in November after their second engagement and allegations of infidelity on SK’s part.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Raven revealed that she had to cut ties with her ex-boyfriend after discovering his alleged infidelity on TikTok, which was made public for everyone to see. Initially, they were still in communication despite not being together, as he had played a significant role in her life. However, Raven soon realized that maintaining contact with him was not beneficial for her well-being. As a result, they established a boundary and ceased all communication.

The same applies to her ex’s family, especially his mother, who had a close and positive relationship with Raven during their time on Love Is Blind. Raven mentioned that she has not had any contact with them, as they have been offering their unwavering support to her ex.

Although Raven has moved on and is now dating someone new, she hinted at the possibility that fans might have to wait a bit longer before meeting her new partner. She jokingly mentioned being traumatized but then clarified that they are taking their time to figure things out. She expressed her excitement about her new relationship and how she is genuinely infatuated with her partner. However, she emphasized the need for more time before sharing their relationship with the public.

Raven also revealed that she is currently in a phase where privacy is crucial to her. She explained that she values her personal space and wants to maintain that for now. However, when the time is right, she assured her fans that she will proudly introduce her new partner and let the world in on their connection.

Raven recently shared with PEOPLE that she remains optimistic about her future with her current romantic partner. She revealed that they connected through Instagram, and their relationship is still in its early stages but progressing well. Raven even mentioned that she believes in the power of manifestation and hopes to have a strong and lasting relationship with her partner, possibly leading to a proposal in the near future. She expressed her excitement and stated that she feels strongly that this year will bring an engagement. Raven admitted being infatuated with her partner and sees him as a front-runner for her affections.

However, previous controversies regarding her partner’s alleged infidelity arose in November. TikTok videos surfaced, sharing text messages claiming to be conversations between her partner and another person. At the time, her partner denied the accusations, stating that he was single during the period between filming Love Is Blind and reuniting with Raven. Nevertheless, Love Is Blind: After the Altar, a special episode that aired on Netflix on February 10, presented contradicting claims. The episode showed her partner proposing to Raven after the show’s filming, followed by a video from Raven accusing her partner of being unfaithful to her during their engagement. During the special, her partner did not address the accusation.

Recently, her partner opened up to PEOPLE, expressing his readiness to take responsibility for his past actions. He emphasized that his intention was not to apologize but to acknowledge his behavior and learn from it. He specifically apologized to Raven for the pain and embarrassment he caused her, admitting that he is not proud of his conduct and is undergoing reflection and self-growth.
