She believes that she can do anything if she sets her mind to it. However, now that she has experienced significant weight loss, Tammy is considering the possibility of having a baby. In the clip, Tammy and her sister, Amy Slaton, visit Dr. Cindy Basinski, who is an OB/GYN. Tammy shares her desire to conceive and wants to ensure her reproductive health. She mentions that she had an IUD placed in 2016 and it still needs to be removed. Amy, with a chuckle, jokes about the IUD possibly becoming a permanent resident in Tammy’s body after being there for 12 years.

“It’s not my preferred style of dress, but even if it’s a trash bag, I will confidently wear it and rock it, baby!” exclaimed Tammy.

“We may look foolish, but we have to make the most of our situation, I suppose,” Amanda stated. “We have to find opportunities wherever we can, even if it means wearing trash bags and sweatbands in the middle of the gym.”

In the video, the siblings can be seen laughing about their appearance wearing trash bags and sweatbands before starting their workout with their trainer, Grant.

“I’m not a fan of working out,” Tammy admitted. “But having my family around makes it better. We’re able to laugh, joke around, and tease each other.”

“I was secretly hoping that one of them would bend over and fart,” she added, bursting into laughter. “I would have died! I refuse to take out that trash! It would be like a pile of dirty diapers on a hot Sunday morning.”
